At PhotoInPrint, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your photo printing orders. We understand, however, that there may be occasions when you're not entirely happy with the quality of your received prints. In such cases, we offer a hassle-free return process outlined below:
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your printed images to initiate a return if you are not satisfied with the quality.
Initiating a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us via email at support@photoinprint.ca or call us at +1(587)804-4546. It is important to notify us before sending any items back, as returns without prior notification will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
All items must be returned in their original condition. Please ensure that all prints are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Complete Orders Only
If your order included multiple images, please note that we only accept returns for the entire order. Partial returns, where only some images from an order are returned, are not accepted. This policy ensures fairness and simplicity in the refund process, as we can only refund the total amount paid for the order, not partial amounts.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your prints.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned prints and verify their condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Exceptions
Please note that returns will only be accepted for quality-related issues. We cannot accept returns due to incorrect images submitted by the customer or for personal preferences not related to print quality.
